We were brought in on the very first internal development programme (LEAD) for emerging global leaders from across the business. We run two modules, bookending the programme, focusing on Team Dynamics & Social Capital. These workshops are run in Denver, Colorado and London.
From the work delivered on the LEAD programme, the US office expressed an interest in using us externally within their advisors client base as a value add to help deepen their existing relationships and open doors to new ones. This has taken the shape of 4 weeks, each in different territories, working with multiple JHI clients each day.
The combination of the above work streams has meant that we have had a lot of exposure across the business as a whole. As a result, we have become an in the moment solution for teams to use as and when needed. This has included running the annual offsite for the EMEA & LATAM Global sales team as well was running workshops for UK Distribution and the Global Marketing team.
